I ordered an AC compressor from highway auto, the compressor came not plugged and corroded. I contacted SUSAN who was very helpful and knowledgeable, and let her know about the issue. She quickly resolved this issue by mailimg me another compressor without question. I think highly of Hihgway Auto in Brownwood TX along with their employee SUSAN. I will continue doing business with yall.

Very odd experience when I ordered a camera projector for my 2018 Honda odyssey EX.<br><br>Aesop’s website was very easy to navigate and I quickly found the camera I wanted listed at 150$. I was so excited and bought it as my van’s cruise control is not working and relies on this camera. We have a major road trip coming up and really want cruise control to work. Dealership wants to charge 2,000$ to replace it, that’s a no for me.<br><br>Anyway, bought this camera on Oct 18th, received a confirmation email with order# and waited. I didn’t hear back or receive any sort of tracking number though, so I called the Kansas City location on the 20th to check the status. The man who answered said something like give it till Thursday. I waited again and still received no tracking number or package. I called again the 25th and got transferred several times to different people, none of which were able to locate the part. I was told I would get a call back later in the day when accounting would answer the phone since they may be on “lunch,” but I did not ever get a call back. I waited over the weekend still not receiving a call back, so I called again on the 27th; I finally got ahold of accounting only to find out my order was lost! That was dreadful to hear… the accounting lady I spoke with was nice and professional, just bearer of bad news. She issued me a refund right away.<br><br>I only wish someone would have made the effort to replace the part for me after all the trouble and time spent on this whole ordeal. I saw they had more listings for the same type part at about double or triple the price I bought mine for, so I know there wasn’t a shortage.<br><br>Very disappointing experience here…

Horrible customer service. I called and ordered a part. The salesperson told me that he would call me to let me know when it arrived. I never got a call, I had to call 8 times, each time they would transfer me to the salesperson who never called me back. Finally, someone told me it got there days before. I called the manager and left a message, and no one called me back. I suppose once they have your money, no one cares about the consumer.
