Would do 0 stars if possible. Vehicle was wrongfully towed and they claimed to have signage in the parking lot. The only signage that I located was on the public street going by the parking lot as well as the corner of the intersection. All of which was city street related. All other parking lots in the area had clear signage IN THEIR LOTS stating no parking. The only signage I saw in this parking lot was “no overnight parking,” any other signage was hidden. I also contacted and spoke with a manger at this Walmart and they said they did NOT have a contract with this company. Maybe they were lying or didn’t know but that’s the info I was given. Tow company’s response was take us to civil court. They know the fees, time and energy aren’t worth it so they will get away with preying on folks, stalking parking lots and charging ridiculous amounts of money. Typical of a scummy tow company and sad to say but these types are not uncommon. Avoid at all costs if you can.

0/10 if I could rate. Alex lied about me changing the address for drop off, dropped it off at the wrong location and OVERcharged me $125 dollars. Money driven like previous reviews have stated.

Big thank you to the gentleman that came and rescued me from work. I had a dead battery and was so grateful that someone at this time of night to come and literally rescue me he was on time. He was efficient and he broke down what I should get done to my battery, I recommended me to places if need be if my car didn’t start again, give him a call and he said he will be there. Excellent service I recommend you guys to give them a call, best service and their affordable and have excellent and I mean excellent service.
