If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here looking for a transmission for my truck. They sold us one for a good amount of money and gave us a 2 month guarantee on it. When our mechanic installed it the truck would turn on but wouldn’t go to any gear. I called them and spoke to the owner and he said that it needed to be programmed which the mechanic had already programmed it and the transmission still did not function correctly. I called to get a replacement 2 weeks ago and was told that the owner wasn’t available at the moment but would get a phone call within 2 hours which never happened. I followed up with them on the 8th again and spoke to the owner which I explained to him the situation again and he stated that he would call me back and up til today, the 14th, I never received a call back. I drove to the shop to try to resolve the issue and get a refund and he stated that he couldn’t give me a refund and wouldn’t replace it either even though they give you 2 month guarantee and they tell you that if it doesn’t work they will replace the part. He then proceeded to accuse my mechanic of damaging the converter which is not true because if there’s anytime that my mechanic damages any parts of my vehicle he replaces them with no additional cost to us. He tried to give me store credit for half of what I paid for instead of replacing the transmission but I denied it because I will not be purchasing anymore parts from them after this experience. I will be reporting his business so if you have had any bad experiences you should report them as well so they stop stealing peoples money. You can report them to Federal Trade Commission or a non- profit organization like Better Business Bureau.

Very poor service and customer service. They waste your time, make you pay upfront, and then deliver the parts whenever they feel like it, or simply refund your money after so many hours of waiting. Poor customer service. Their service is truly terrible.
