After calling my insurance and possibly my parents insurance, I was looking at almost $500 tow from DeSoto to Denton when my truck gave up on me. I saw this company’s ratings and called them up. Significantly less than a few other places and the sweetest dispatcher (Stacy) got me set up. Then Scott showed up in about 45 minutes. When I say I was so glad that I called them, that’s an understatement. Scott chatted with me all the way about literally everything without skipping a beat, included my kiddos in the conversation (also shared his Oreos with them) and made me feel better about a really cruddy situation. Without any hesitation, he even helped me park my truck because I was nervous about doing it. I literally got all the dad vibes of just someone trying to help whoever they can. Scott and Stacy, you guys put me at ease just by being kind and attentive to the details. Thank you so much for all you did today!

This the second time getting Grady as my tow driver and let me tell yall very pleased experience ! Great guy he’s very helpful makes you feel at ease and has a great personality. Extremely satisfied with the service provided by SCOTT, he saved the day and I can’t thank him enough!
