This is my personal experience on February 7, 2026, my car broke down in Pleasant View. I was stranded, and I was helpless with no money. I called the 24-hour towing service. The driver of the company started looking at the car and looking at me. About five minutes later, he looked at me and said, "You look like someone I know that assaulted the police officer the other day." I replied, "I'm sorry, that’s not true." I live in Gallatin, Tennessee, and I drive for Uber, and if that’s the case, I’ll still be in jail, and I won't be able to be driving for Uber. So he ended up loading up the car and giving me a ride to a gas station, and then I ordered an Uber to Gallatin. About three days later, I’m trying to figure out how to get the car moved to Nashville Subaru. I ended up borrowing some money, and I called and finally got a chance to get the car Saturday, they told me over the phone. It will be $1300, I said. OK, take the car to Nashville Subaru. So they met me at Nashville Subaru and handed me a receipt for $1381 and some change. Then I looked at the driver and said I only have $1300. "Can you work with me and let me go get a $100 bill from the house?" he said. "I don’t think they will let me do that." So the lady that is in charge started screaming and hollering at me (on the phone). I told her I have money at home, and I can meet her at her office and pay her. They refused and took my car. So I drove all the way to Gallatin, Tennessee, to go get the money. They added another $500 to bring it back. They told me it was 1800 and something. I told them I only have $1900. They said it will cover it. At that time, I didn’t know what they meant by that, so I handed the driver the money and did not get any change. He went to unload. The car went into the parking lot, and then he handed me the keys and left. I have a receipt, but I don’t know how to upload it here yet, but as soon as I do, I promise you I will. It is exactly $1900 with no change. Make sure you record the phone cause I have an attorney

Earlier today while trying to deliver Amazon packages off of saddle tree rd my car swerved into a ditch. The first tow company I called they couldn’t help me but E&E were more than willing to help me and gave me updates as they were on the way to me while helping another person. He got my car out of there quickly and was very nice, understanding, and even made jokes whilst helping me. What I appreciate the most is he went above and beyond to help me with directions and gave me a call to make sure I will still safe and didn’t end up in another ditch lol. I don’t remember his name but he truly made my day.
