Horrible customer service. I wanted to hire them to move a wooden shed, 8 x 12 x 10 ft. They said they could do it. I asked to set an appointment with them to do it, they said the owner wasn’t in and that I would need to call them back the next day. This went on everyday last week. Finally spoke to the owner, he said yes he could do<br>It. Said to call back and make the appointment. Tried that and he wasn’t in then. They said they would have him<br>Contact me the next day. He never did and still has not.<br>I couldn’t wait around and ended up moving the shed MYSELF with a flatbed trailer and a winch. Why weren’t they just honest about not wanting to do the job instead of stringing<br>me along? I won’t ever use them for anything now.
