The only people who answered and they were absolutely wonderful! Out of all the supposed 24/7 towing companies on the island these guys actually answered my call when I was stranded with a flat on the Pali. Johnathan was there within 20mins and was a gem! Friendly, understanding and had the car quickly up on the bed and we were on our way. Highly recommend O’Sung, what a great and professional team. Thanks for saving my day!

I had a car towed and had scheduled the tow the day before and was given a 10:15 - 10:30 am pick up time. The dispatcher from O'Sung called me the morning of to verify the location of the vehicle and some other information.<br><br>The tow truck arrived around 9:45 which was 30 minutes early. Not only was the driver early but Buda was the nicest and very professional. He was super friendly and always had a smile on his face. I felt bad because the vehicle was parked on a side street and he couldn't just hook up the vehicle and go with other cars parked so close. Even though it took him some extra work he was still smiling and very nice. Buda was really fast and cautious while hooking up the vehicle. I felt very good about leaving the vehicle in his hands.<br><br>Mahalo. Buda for the excellent customer service Highly recommend O'Sung Towing. The communication, customer service and actual towing of the vehicle went so smooth and stress free. Mahalo again O'Sung Towing Buda.

Today I had a flat in church parking lot and AAA sent your company and OMG I was so relieved. I’ve had a couple experiences and your company is so responsive. Today I had Chris and she is awesome to the max. Your services are amazing and have recommended you several times as a roadside savior.
