My husband drove all the way from Beaufort to Rolla Auto salvage. And he said the guy was a total jerk!!! I do not recommend this place. If I could give it zero Stars I totally would.

I just called about a headlight for my car and as always (for years) the guy on the phone was professional, just as he is in person.<br><br>I think what others take as rude is just cut, dry and straight to the point. I'd rather a buisness be straightforward and honest with me than have an upbeat buisness lie to me just to take my money, and charge me triple of what Rolla Auto Salvage charges for parts.<br><br>This has always been my go to salvage yard since I was old enough to drive and I will always take my buisness here.

I called about a part and I asked the rating and he said that they didn't do rating because one person's 5 may be anothers 10. Which was fine but when I asked about any scrapes, or rust he rudely told me that he doesn't have time for this and I can buy it from somewhere else. When someone else asked if they had the part they said they didn't have it. The first guy on the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
