Not sure about their towing expertise, but if you need to rework the load, please find a different company.<br><br>They spend 5 hours shifting 5 pallets to the back of the trailer, while dropping one in the process and braking it.<br>Half of the time guys spent standing around looking at each other and the pallets with no idea what to do with it.<br>Had to talked to them several time over a span of 90 minutes to point to them how it need to be done after they dropped the first pallet.<br>Somehow they decided it’s going to be a good idea to drive off the tilted flatbed with the pallet, which they absolutely didn’t need to do. Obviously pallet fell off when they tilted skid-loader forward.<br>The actual job took about 2 hours after they got on the right pass and were working along.<br>They had all the tool available to them to do it right and time efficient ( skid-loader, 2 flatbed tow trucks)<br><br>Guys were nice, just were not experienced or confident in what they were doing.<br><br>Management would not consider discounting the bill for the time that was wasted due to them standing around, dropping the pallet and working out the issue they created.

This company is a class act. I blew a tire on the interstate during morning rush hour and knew I would need help. I called their dispatch number bright and early. She was so kind and reassuring. Their towtruck driver arrived very quickly and helped me out. Nice, efficient. Just an all-around good experience for such a bad start to my morning commute! Thanks so much for the help and being good people.

I can’t express enough how happy I am with the work they did for me. John was the driver that assisted me put of Marshalltown. he didn’t give up on helping me remove the stuck lug nut off my car even when it didn’t wanna come off. Absolutely amazing and professional went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of even gave me 5$ of his own money to make sure I was able to get a replacement lug nut and went as far as to air up my tires. I can’t recommend him and this company enough. He deserves a raise for sure
