Oh man, what a relief Sunny Day Towing was when our SUV overheated on the way to a soccer game in Charlotte. I called panicking with the kids in the car, but the lady on the phone was so calming and said they'd be there soon. Sure enough, the tow truck arrived in about 25 minutes, the driver was super nice and even chatted with my son about trucks while he hooked us up. They towed us to our mechanic without any issues, and the cost was way less than I feared—definitly worth it for the peace of mind. If you're in Charlotte and need help, these folks are awesome!
