Great experience. The young lady I spoke with on the phone who set everything up was great. Juan the driver was great. Called before he was en route to pick up the vehicle and arrived exactly when I needed him to. He even texted me to let me know the vehicle had been dropped off to the shop. Overall a great company. Also, much affordable than other towing companies I called. Highly recommend them.

Unfortunately my car has broken down a few times and I been using this same tow service ever time for awhile now, their always nice and professional over the phone which is a plus and that's why I call them every time I need help, I always ask for the same driver, he's nice and professional and always on time when he says he's coming, I hope I'll never need them again but if I do, I will always call K&B
