Called for a wrecker. Woman who answered was more concerned about how I got her phone number than helping me. Told me to call someone else after I told her I had my credit card in my hand. Her own driver gave me her number and told me to call her. They left me stranded from 6pm until 10pm. Thanks, not.

Just a young lady traveling and caught some tire and wheel trouble. Had to leave my car off to the side of the road until the next morning - Mr. Scott came and hooked my car up and got it back to Charlotte for me. This company was quite professional and more than understanding. Even the dispatch lady - bless her heart. She was probably sick of our calls but remained professional and kind.<br>Mr. Scott - you never know what people are going through and the battles that they face daily - thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a kind gentlemen!<br>He doesn’t play tho lol - if you’re kind to him, he’s kind to you. Had the need to tow two cars from Winston-Salem to Huntersville. Both cars had been sitting for over a year and were located in difficult to reach places.
