Stephanie needs to be fired! She will cost this company thousands! #1I have already paid $220 to get my vehicle towed. Not only did they not show up, but the “next day” Stephanie did not care, kept cutting me off and had the nerve to say I was rude and she couldn’t talk to me anymore! She said no manager available..good bye. Thank God I could get to my son stranded on the side of I-35 at 12:00 am! STAY AWAY!

Extremely dangerous and carelessly. Do not trust this company.<br><br>Today Sunday 12/21/2025, at around 330 pm I saw this tow truck coming extremely fast. I was on 114 going from Grapevine to Justin, TX. I saw this truck from far away cutting and passing everyone. I was already going 5 miles over the limit, he passed us and traffic kept him near us and we saw it constantly tailgating every car in front of it and cutting lines left and right.<br><br>If this truck has a GPS/ Speed monitor, as most responsible companies have, they can verify everything I have mentioned here. But if they don't or the owner was the one driving, well there goes that.

Well, I never got a tow. The estimated time per my Allstae app was between 3:46 and 4:17 pm. I called Sparta towing service at 4:18 and was told it would be 45 more minutes. I called Sparta again at 5:30 and was told that they were stuck at another tow and we were next...well an hour later I called Sparta and they said 9:00. Guess what!? After they wasted my time, they canceled. It was scheduled with Sparta for at least 5 hours before they canceled. Allstate roadside called after this useless tow company ( Sparta) canceled and rescheduled for the next morning with a different company. I NEVER GOT THE TOW! SPARTA WASTED 6 HOURS OF MY FAMILIES TIME WATING ON A TOW THAT NEVER CAME AND I HAD TO CALL IN TO WORK THE NEXT DAY.
