Ryan Johnson at the Kansas City location was absolutely the most amazing rep. He definitely went beyond the call when I called Vander Haggs. He treated me with the up most respect, finding a male that will treat a female in this business with respect and not talk to them as if they don't know anything at all is becoming less and less. Even after I spoke with Ryan, he proceeded to find a plan B option for my customer then sent me an email with plan B information. Definitely will be calling Ryan in the future for customer parts!!!! He also arranged to have it delivered closer for me to pick up and made sure I did get it. Customer service that makes you feel like more than just an order number is a major bonus these days.
