The Pagan Towing crew are miracle workers! They managed to get my family's school bus/RV out of a really tight spot. Any other towing company would have probably given up. They didn't. I'm so grateful for their hard work and determination. Can't recommend them enough. One million stars!

Probably one of the worst car towing experiences I have ever had. Due to a coolant leak issue I had to tow my car. My insurance company thankfully helps with towing. They assigned me to Pagan. At first Pagan was super responsive and quoted me a good time frame (around an hour and half). By the second hour there were no more updates so I decided to call and find out what’s going on and got multiple answers. On the chat the customer service agent told me it was still on the way around 20 mins then when 20 mins passed I called and immediately received a text message from the number to text instead. The person I spoke to through text told me they were already there even sending a picture. They were in fact not there and the picture was a random car not mine being towed on the highway where I’m stuck in a residential area. So I tried calling a different number and got ahold of dispatch who at first tried to make excuses that they got confused since mine and another car were the same models. I told him about the picture and the car’s make and model were not indeed the same as mine. He didn’t have much to say after and only added more time to the wait Another 30 mins… so I waited and of course nothing. Got into the chat and was also told another 30 mins. I gave up and called my insurance company who were great at finding me another towing company who are almost here as I’m writing this and has communicated their where abouts since the switch. Needless to say I would not ever use or recommended this company for towing. Best of luck!
