Was told 45 mins to an hour for the tow truck to show up. 1 hour and 15...called them. On hold for 30 mins. Driver called that he was 45 mins away still. I could of called someone else... took my card information and was told $49 charge if I cancel. After finally getting someone on the phone (after calling 4 times or more) they stoll wanted to charge me the cancelation fee! The guy answering the phone kept transferring me to this girl that had no idea whats going on.. recored the call just in case they want to charge me. The worst tow company in dfw don't waste your time horrible horrible service.
