We were on our way home to Kansas from our vacation when our SUV broke down in Nevada Missouri. Our insurance company called C&H towing and dispatched a driver for us. Ricky called to let us know he was on his way and confirmed the location. Once he arrived, he was extremely kind to our situation and very professional. He took extra time to make sure our vehicle was properly secured before towing. EXCELLENT customer service, highly recommend your towing company, especially Ricky. It's rare to find this level of service in today's world. Please give this young man a pat on the back and a raise, he deserves it for a job well done!

Our daughter blew a tire on the highway while on her way back from vacation. She was too far from us and too far from home to get help easily. Instead of using our insurance roadside assistance, which always takes too long, I called this company who promised to send someone out ASAP. They were incredibly helpful and made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier to handle.<br><br>When they didn’t have anyone immediately available, the owner himself came out to assist her. How awesome is that? He was so friendly and kind, making her first experience being broken down far better than it could have been.<br><br>Thank you so much for taking such great care of our daughter!
