Ive been coming here for the last 5 years and I gotta say im not impressed today. The taller man juan was irate and aggressive today. I always bring in super clean brass and copper and he completely screwed me over being upset about having to work. On 2 things ive been shorted $150. Also I talked to the lady in the office and she stated that this wasn't the first time someone has complained about him. I had 26lbs of #2 copper and he marked it as brass for one little T connector of brass. So im out $46 there. He then also marked my clean brass as dirty making me lose another $104. Not to mention i got docked down for the 2 one oz weights on my rims I took in. Only a lose of $8.50. So 34 lbs docks for 2 oz. I find all this completely ridiculous i have never had this much trouble before. And I shouldn't have been screwed over because one guy is having a bad day.

They make the process easy and helpful, get you unloaded efficiently and your not outside in the elements driving thru dirt and mud like other yards. They even point out different options when scrapping to get best payout on materials. It's no wonder why they have been in business so long.

I've been to this establishment roughly 2 dozen times in the past 2 years. Also to be fair I've never crossed over the big scale bc I only have a pickup truck for one. For two I really only sell my non-ferros
