Called for parts, waited for 20 + minutes on hold. Guy finally pick up the call, gets my information and asks, " what's your shop called " ? I explain that I don't have a shop. Do you only sell wholesale, ?<br>Why do you ask, ? He tells me " just for taxes, " then laughing said you're gonna have to just hold and then hung up the line.<br>Very rude and unprofessional, this place obviously needs customer service orientation and phone edict training. So if you have plenty time to waste this is your place !
