Great customer service, Jonathan was SUPER helpful and made the entire process stress free! This was my first time getting rid of a car and I was nervous, but everything went very smoothly. Scheduled my pickup a week ahead so that I would have my new car, they came and picked up my car, gave me my check and was on their way after 30 minutes. Would recommend to my friends/family. The representative Jonathan was extremely helpful and told me I could call him at anytime if I had any questions or concerns. I am very pleased!

Had a wonderful experience with these folks about a week ago. The friendly driver came right to my house, pulled the car around where he needed it and hitched it up as he needed. Paid fairly for my beat-up old Toyota! The woman I spoke to on the phone to schedule the pickup was also incredibly nice and helpful throughout the whole process, even going so far as to confirm that I was satisfied with the deal after it was done! They really go above and beyond for customer satisfaction!

Josh was great! He replied to my online inquiry promptly, quoted a fair price for my truck, allowed me to choose a day for pickup, and was there to answer any questions I had between the quote and the pickup. The tow truck driver was really nice, called me with an ETA about 45 minutes before he got to my house, and took it away without a single issue. It was absolutely painless and a lot easier to set up then I thought it would be! I would definitely use again and recommend to my friends and family!
