Honestly, the service that they provide is top-notch call them on Saturday. Ask them if they can pick up my vehicle which was a Ford focus sedan 2003 it was pretty easy. All I needed was my ID the title of the car and a schedule pick up without hesitation they reached out to me, gave me a appointment time and a tow truck came paid me on the spot with cash told my vehicle away. I am so satisfied that I got that out the way I feel so relieved please give this company an opportunity to provide the best service that they have. I have no regrets going with them at all.

This company is has terrible customer service support. They will mislead you into believing they are handling your problem but nobody can seems to give you a straight forward answer. I originally called to sell my vehicle a 1987 Nissan maxima, in which they offered me $340 so I accepted the offer. Then they scheduled me for pickup on Aug. 2nd between the hours 1pm - 3pm. So I waited then 3pm came around and no answer from the tow truck driver, so then I spoke to a Custer representative. They called the dispatch and found out, the tow truck had mechanical issues and offered to reschedule for the following Monday Aug. 5th between the hours 8am - 12pm so I agreed. And now its 1pm and still no phone call from the tow truck driver. I tried calling customer service asked to speak to a member of management. And the representative told me, they couldn't let speak to a manager because they're wasn't any on duty? I mean is this how this company does business? Nobody seems to get me a straight answer on what's going on with the tow truck service? So I've decided to take me business to another more reputable service company. This business doesn't know how to conduct business. In my opinion this company doesn't deserve the 1 star rating. I would give them half star at best.

The company was quick and is very helpful. They are very flexible on when I needed the car picked up. They are very kind and are super reliable company. Also gave me a really good quote for my car.
