I had an appointment at 12:30 it is about to be 3 pm and I'm still waiting to get loaded with about more than 8 people ahead of me. They need to get it together because if I would of been late to my appointment they wouldn't of loaded me anymore. They need to get on top of their game and stop making people wait so long. There is a reason why people make appointments.

I purchased a vehicle from Copart on January 22 that was listed as AUTOMATIC, but when I received it, the car was actually MANUAL.<br><br>This is a serious misrepresentation. I opened a ticket immediately and have called multiple times. Today is February 9, and I still have no response or resolution — only repeated promises that someone will contact me within 24 hours.<br><br>Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.<br><br>Very disappointed with customer support.

They tow vehicles without the owners permission or insurance knowledge, from other lots while it was waiting to be totaled but had not yet been and while the owner still owns the vehicle and is currently making the payments for it, they go through that said personal vehicle and collect personal items out of it again without the owners or insurance’s knowledge or permission. They are so lucky I didn’t get the police involved and the lady wanted to act like she didn’t know anything, again so lucky I did not get the police involved. This place is sketchy and weird!
