I wish I could give this place zero stars. We got our car towed in Worcester. The police told me point-blank that this company are nothing but sharks they wait around looking to tow people. Not only did they tow my vehicle while we were watching a Christmas Carol, They did damage my vehicle when they towed it. When I arrived at the garage to pick up my vehicle, they were five guys in the room standing around in the entire place smelt like pot. So obviously, they were all in there smoking weed while they were working. Then I was verbally assaulted by the group of people that were in there one of them, climbing consistently that they didn’t work there. I guess he just came into smoke weed with his buddies. This is a disgraceful organization, They did damaged my vehicle. We will be taking this to court. Avoid this company at all costs they are an absolute joke. I was waiting to see Tony soprano come from the back room.

One of their drivers merged into my lane and almost hit me tonight. We were window to window and I had to slam on my brakes and honk at him so he wouldn't hit me on Belmont Street. There is no way that driver didn't see me.

Extremely disappointed with this towing service. The driver was rude, unprofessional, and had zero respect for customers. The way they handled my situation was careless and completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They seriously need training in customer service and basic decency.”
