I went to this business to get an estimate on a car window. I paid 3.00 to walk through a huge dangerous junkyard by myself with only a row and SK number but I found the rows but the 2,cars were not on the row so i checked the rows before and after. I did this with both numbers. I did find an 06 focus that the lady didn’t tell me about which was perfect. I wrote down the SK number and asked about it and said I could not find the other ones. They basically called me a liar and wanted to walk all the way back out there in the freezing cold basically trying to prove me wrong instead of selling the same window. Worst customer service ever and I would never go back. Who lets you walk through a worksite full of junk, metal, nails and car parts without a company employee at least? And make you pay 3.00 for “ the privilege “!!!!

The lot is very organized. Has big overhead signs indicating vehicle manufacturer to help narrow down and locate your vehicle. The staff in the lobby are friendly and professional. Low entry fee of $3. The location has been renovated from a previous junk yard business that reached its end. This new owner has stepped up and holding it down.
