Had a breakdown this morning and AAA contacted Roadside Services. Jonathon (SP?) came out promptly and took care of my car. This guy was GREAT and very professional. I very much appreciate his help and really commend his professionalism and personality!

This was hands down one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a towing company.<br><br>My tow time was pushed back repeatedly with no accountability, no clear communication, and zero regard for my time. Each update felt like a lie just to keep me waiting longer. If you can’t meet your own schedule, don’t take the job.<br><br>The staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional when I tried to get basic answers. Instead of offering solutions, they acted irritated that I even called to ask for an update-after they kept changing the tow time.<br><br>The most alarming part? I was told to leave my car key inside my vehicle and leave the tow site-for a car with keyless entry. That is wildly irresponsible, unsafe, and unacceptable. No legitimate company should ever suggest something that puts a customer’s vehicle at risk like that.<br><br>This company shows a complete lack of professionalism, customer care, and basic common sense. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and potential loss of your vehicle and call literally anyone else.

A tow truck driver from this company nearly hit me in the QuikTrip parking lot because he was speeding through without any regard for pedestrians. He was driving way too fast for such a busy area and didn’t slow down or seem to care that people were walking nearby. Totally reckless and dangerous behavior — this driver should not be operating a vehicle like that. . If your company allows all your drivers to drive like that, it’s only a matter of time before someone actually gets hurt. Totally unacceptable.
