Running neck and neck with AutoZone, for it seems that regardless of which of these two auto parts distributors you decide to pop in on, you’re going to receive stellar customer service and support. They’ll even perform minor replacements such as wiper blades and non-functioning bulbs. I highly recommend either establishment!

Called at 1 o’clock on a Friday to order an alternator and the guy told me it would be there at 730 Saturday when they opened and took my number to call when they got it in I assumed. Didn’t receive a call and called Saturday at 17:30 and they searched using my phone number and the part number and it wasn’t at any of their stores so it never got ordered but they could have it Monday at 12:30. Now I don’t have my car for work Monday morning because one employee decided not to actively order the alternator while on the phone with me and maybe planned on doing it after he got off the phone and got busy but that is a major inconvenience and now I have to try and find another alternator or find a way to get to work without my vehicle.<br><br>Update. Received the alternator on Monday and when I went in the gentleman who helped me, I believe his name was Robert, was friendly and helpful. Also have never had a similar situation with this store and have never had a negative experience and decided to post review while fuming from learning I wouldn’t have my car done when it was supposed to be. I would just suggest to get confirmation numbers if you have stuff shipped to store.

I came in for headlight bulbs and Mike helped me out tremendously. Was very knowledgeable and replaced both of my bulbs on the spot. Amazing service! Would highly recommend this location to anyone. Great job, thanks Mike!
