I had a flat tire on 30. After a quick search I came across 10-4. They made the whole process very easy. The driver was very friendly and approachable. All in all, a great service. Would recommend

Were very disorganized and the skill of their drivers was definitely not on par with a lot of other tow services<br><br>We had the same driver to and from where we took the payload to.<br><br>They canceled on me the day I needed it picked up and left me waiting for 3 hours with no notice because the driver they sent to me got into an accident on the way there.<br><br>The day we rescheduled for they arrived an hour late. And on the trip back they didn't hook up the lights of the payload so when making an abrupt exit from the highway with no blinkers on the payload they nearly took out another driver.<br><br>Wouldn't recommend them.<br><br>For the price we paid I would expect them to be more experienced and skilled at what they do.
