I had a dead battery and a Little grandson I needed to pick up from school. My insurance roadside assistance company couldn't get to me for over an hour. Spartan towing understood my stress and worry. they arrived in about 20 minutes! not only did they get me back on the road, they followed me to my destination to make sure my car would restart and it wasn't a larger problem. They listened, they took care of me and they made sure I would be safe after they left. They are the best!

Spartan Towing gave a great experience for towing my car. They responded in a timely manner with excellent customer service both on the phone and in person! The cost was a little higher, but the customer service was so awesome, I actually did not mind the price, as they gave me peace of mind. If I need a tow job again, they will be my first call!

I don't often write reviews, but this one's about Ken and his team. He's one of those guys who's smart with an attention to detail and a whole heartedly good business owner looking out for his customers in every way you'd expect, but have a hard time finding. This was my first time getting a tow around here in Virginia Beach and from the time that Ken showed up to when he left - my 2021 Nightshade 4runner was in expert hands. Ken was able to not only explain everything that was going on to me, keep everything safe in a busy area, but also do it without wasting time or being inefficient with the tow. He's very aware of his surroundings as well to avoid anything damaging the vehicle, such as the small branches I had at my house that were potentially going to leave scratches. He went above and beyond by even pushing by hand the disabled vehicle into the exact position at my home I wanted it. The customer service was phenomenal as well over the phone, very good communication and concern for their customers. 5 stars is genuinely earned here by Ken and his team at Spartan Towing. As a business owner myself, I highly recommend you give them a call when needed. Thanks again!
