These guys are amazing! I called them on a Thursday afternoon when I was stranded at a gas station with a really bad fuel leak. The dispatcher told me that the tow truck could get to me within a couple of hours, but in the meantime he would send the mobile tech out to take a look at it. When Michael arrived, he was very professional and polite. He had no problem, climbing under the truck and found the issue within five minutes. He fixed it and he got me going again and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for saving my butt! I highly recommend these guys!

Four weeks ago their driver run my motorhome into a stance of trees taking out both skylights. Putting a hole in cowling over driver section, ripping off antenna and damaging roof. He cut motorhome free of limb through front skylight and it rolled into another tree almost knocking him off and hit my husband’s car damaging it. The night it happened we spoke to Nathan who assured us their driver admitted fault and both vehicles would be repaired. Monday we spoke to owner who said paperwork would be at their insurance by the next morning. No one has called. I have called repeatedly, left messages, texts and nothing. This motorhome was recently purchased through optimum in bushnell. We can’t get a return call or insurance information from them. No one returns calls. Nathan’s mailbox is always full. Towing says it is not set up<br><br>Someone from M and n texted and gave us a shop to take car to. The motorhome can’t be driven not be driven without doing more damage so they are supposed to send estimator to us. Will give them a glowing review if they follow through. I will say their driver was very apologetic and nice and Nathan was very pleasant and reassuring that night so I am hopeful they follow through<br><br>Second update. The car goes in next Monday for repair. We just got estimates done on motorhome. So far m and n has been good at getting things fixed.<br><br>The car is fixed beautifully. Now if they would look at and approve estimates to get the skylight and back skylight/ vent cover fixed we could do that then get body work done. No one . We left voice mails, emails, texts

I would give him zero star, very unprofessional business, they are ripping people off, he over charged for the parts, he won't give us the receipts for the parts. We checked with two more shops, the parts prices was almost half than his prices. He sent estimate but never got approval for it, just demanding the full invoice to be paid without approval. I believe he was the owner, he was very raciest to my husband, told my husband over the phone that *go back to your country*. My driver said his ears could not believe that what he raciest comments he was making. He charge whatever he wants to charged and then threating us to impound our trailer. Will never go back to his shop.
