I wish I could leave ZERO stars! By far, the WORST towing company EVER!! I called to have my car towed 4:14 pm to take my car 0.5 miles to an auto repair shop that closes at 7 pm. They scheduled me with a 30 min ETA, charged my card, and THEN called to say that the ETA changed to 1 hour & 15 mins. I still said okay I’ll wait. He called me back at 6:16 pm to say that we can’t make it today due to high traffic!! I waited 2 hours when I could’ve just scheduled with another company! Then he proceeded to tell me that I called during the worse time to schedule a tow which was after 4:30-5 when I scheduled BFFORE 4:30. Now I have to schedule with another company that still may not make it in time AND I have to wait for the funds to be returned to my card. They need to fire everyone here & just close down! What an inconvenience!

I live in florida. I went to visit a family member, and my car broke down in I 30 and pioneer, and one of the dispatchers named Alex was able to help me move my car from the highway and to a shop that were able to get me back on the road. They were very professional and helpful.
