Damaged my car while loading and unloading. Told the tow truck driver that my car is lowered and to use ramps to get it onto the truck. He refused to listen to me and almost ripped my front bumper off allowing it to drag on the ground, breaking several clips so the alignment is all off and also damaged my very expensive carbon fiber exhaust tips. Also upon pickup the driver decided to go next door to Wendy’s and take a nice 30 minute break at 10 am with my car on his truck in plain view. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t get your car towed here if your car is lowered/modified in any way. Driver was extremely rude, ignorant, and lazy, the lady on the phone was nice and helpful though.

They provided speedy service to get my car back on the road after I slid off during a snowstorm. From calling them to being 'winched out' to back on the road was less than an hour. The person doing the tow was professional and helped us out!

I know mobile service is expensive but cant imagine they about to charge $1500 for changing new tire. I called them back and said what if I need some air for my tired cuz the tired still look fine. And they charge me almost $670 for putting some air on my flat tire!
