Worst experience I could ever imagine. They were contacted through my roadside assistance. I was told an hour. I got a notification at their time of arrival that they'd just left. I waited about 20 minutes past the ETA and called. Dispatcher was going to call the driver to get an ETA and call me back. They never did. Sorry to ruin your holiday weekend but don't accept a job if you're not going to show. I could have called someone else instead of being stranded for 3 hours which I had to do anyway.

This tech was out sourced as a third party. Told me he could be there in 2 hours and then when he was suppose to arrive he didn’t show up. I called after waiting 30 more minutes. He sounded drunk and told me he would have his driver call me back and never did. I called the office and they then told me he was having difficulties with his lights and wouldn’t be coming. I’m not sure why he couldn’t tell me that when I called and had me wait with my 11 year old in cold temperatures and darkness (was 7:00pm) outside for over 30 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend

Excellent service. My dad got stranded on a long trip, truck broke down. auto tech of arcola was able to get out there, pick him & his truck up and take him home 2 hrs away. Paul was super responsive and I couldn't appreciate their team any more. God bless you guys and thanks for everything! You truly saved the day
