Unbelievable Customer Service from Start to Finish!<br>They went above and beyond every step of the way. The company called the day before to confirm the date and time, and followed up the next morning to let me know the driver would be about 15 minutes late—which I appreciated. Chris, the tow driver, also called when he was on his way and again upon arrival. He took photos of my van before loading it onto the flatbed, and he was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. I even received a text confirming that the van had been delivered. The whole experience could NOT have been better—it felt like something straight out of a training video on “How to Do Everything Right.” Many thanks to Wiggins Junction for a great experience. Really wish all commpanies were like them!
