.Had a tire with bubbled sidewalls from driving to store on a flat(my fault) and Matt Matt matt, the man of the hour! Just happened to be there. He informed me to give grays a call and jumped right to it with no hesitation. My guy had his tools ready before the dispatch call even came in and bought me a coffee while he changed the tire! Real top notch guy and very professional. Keep up the great work grays!

I had a blowout on Hwy 70 yesterday between Havelock and New Bern. My husband called Gray's to come put my spare on . They responded within minutes, went straight to work and I was back on the road in no time!! The tech. (I can't recall his name now but it came in as Jasmine on the text he sent ... want him to get credit for his great service tho!) was friendly and informative. I would recommend Gray's to everyone!

Chris, was great!! He loaded my motorcycle very carefully, Explains the process to me. Even though he was extremely busy that day being a holiday weekend. He was courteous and friendly. I definitely would call on him again. Hopefully we won't need him.
