Alex Towing is great! My driver arrived quickly and was very knowledgeable and very customer service friendly. I have used the service a few times over the years and happy to see they are growing. Had me home in less than 20 minutes. Definitely call them if you need towing.

Called in to ask for help for my brother who is there to provide pictures to insurance, attendant wasn't there said he had an emergency and left.<br><br>Sure no problem, I started asking if he can arrange a time to look at his totaled car for insurance and he cuts me off and goes off on a rant about what people typically don't have or are lacking when coming to look at vehicles (he had already told me the requirements once) I tried to assure him we have the documentation and he cuts me off and continues his rant where he continued condescending and lecturing me.<br><br>I get it. You may have to deal with some unsavory folks in the past, but the default customer service I experienced when just trying to ask a question and being treated like a child is inexcusable.
