called the day before i needed to be towed from beaver falls to a dealership in pittsburgh asking if they could do it at 8am and was told they could do it. called the next morning at 8 asking eta and was told driver would be leaving soon. called at 9 and was told give them another hour and they’d be there. 11:30am came and no one called or showed. i called again and was told he could not contact the driver. id been waiting for hours so i decided to go with another company. i did not get to my destination until 3:30pm which was too late to fix my car and ended up having to leave it overnight, leaving me with no transportation. i had to miss work due to not having transportation because of this. worst experience ever.

Superb experience and that can't be said for most towing companies. He was professional, promt, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong with my truck and went way above and beyond helping out. He is very fast and came within 15 minutes of me calling. Super affordable and at least 100 dollars cheaper then the other 4 towing company ( Tow Tegrity wanted 225 just to show up and I.T.C. only charged 75 dollars for almost an hour of work). Highly recommend and wouldn't go with anyone else
