My ball joint snapped leaving my car partially in the road. A sherrif came by and told me I had to remove the car within 24 hours due to its position on the road. I worked all day trying to repair the ball joint and I'm no mechanic. I couldn't get the ball joint out because the car was to low. I ended up having to call a tow truck and Jamal (I think thats his name) came out and immediately was interested in figuring out the problem with my car. He showed up at my house within 15 min. He first towed it off the road and then started asking me for tools and such. He ended up removing the piece I couldn't get out and put my entire driver side assembly back together. I was so beat from trying all day, I was done and he came in and basically fixed my car. He didnt have to do any of that and I really appreciate it. It took him less than 45 min to do so. Real nice guy and REALLY good service! Will for sure use him in the future.

We had 7 inches of snow and my truck had slid over the ditch for rain water on my dirt road and the driver from Cut Rate Towing got it out even with the front tire flat and brought it right into my yard. Thank you so very much ,you truly have polite and knowledgeable drivers.
