The lady I spoke on the phone with to order a part from their warehouse was wonderful. She was very helpful and went above and beyond. When I went in to pick the item up however the gentlemen behind the counter was less than thrilled to be there... Overall satisfied though.

This is my favorite O’Reillys. I’ve been to several, but I’ve never had the kind of Customer Service that I get through this team of employees. My RAV4 was having trouble passing emissions, Conner the manager bent over backwards Checking analyzing every little thing that would throw off the test. I’ve never had any Automotive company spent so much time with me and it was greatly appreciated. Joe Is a hot Rod nut and is always giving me great advice on my 1967 Mustang. You guys are the best thanks again.

The man who was at this store first theing this morning who tested my battery and alternator.... Thank you. This review is not for you. This is for Ruben who was rude giving a warranty battery replacement to my husband and barely acknowledged him. and then when I called he was rude too. I asked him if he could tell me the code for the battery and he said its on the top of the battery. In my car the battery is up under the dash, so I couldnt see it and the tech that was trying to register the battery to my car couldnt either. I said "you arent going to give to me are you?" he actually said nope and the he always took pictures of the battery and I should have done that (I did) there was no code. The tech did some digging online and found the code. I called another oreillys and they said they have the codes and dont know why he wouldnt tell me.
