The absolute disrespect from Brax… is astounding and uncalled for. I absolutely do not care if you are a supervisor. If I am asking for your managers information you should comply. A HOA has absolutely no right to touch any vehicle without running plates. That is 100% illegal. Should you touch my vehicle on my property you will be sued along with the HOA. If cops don’t even pull me over for not changing tags… you have no business towing vehicles without the proper permission/information.

Recently, we were driving from Washington state to Central America. I was pulling a horse trailer with a one ton Chevy. Going up a long, long hill just south of Provo, Utah I glanced in the review mirror and saw nothing but smoke coming from the trailer. I pulled over and discovered the wheel bearings on the trailer had disintegrated. I was stuck on a mountain with my trailer hanging out in the traffic.<br><br>My wife and daughter drove back to the last town and called a towing service. The first driver they sent brought a rig to tow the Chevy after being told they would be carrying a trailer. They left. My wife called the outfit back and told them again what was required. This time they sent a driver from Advanced Towing.<br><br>Before even leaving the shop, the driver called me to confirm where I was and he would be towing/carrying. When he arrived, it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He got the trailer loaded with semi’s and crazy people flying by. He gave me directions to the place that was going to fix the trailer and headed down the mountain. I followed in the Chevy. He called a couple times during the trip to make I was doing okay. He waited for me at the shop. Unloaded the trailer and then helped me make sure it was secure before he left. If it wasn’t for him, his skill and professionalism I don’t know that we would have made it to our final destination with our trailer.<br><br>Thank you, Advanced Towing. If you’re reading this review looking for a towing company, you can stop looking. Advanced Towing is the best. Wish there were more stars to give them.

You can't really expect too much from a towing company. If you can avoid doing business with this towing company do so. Made an appointment after hours to pickup a car with a friend. Granted the whole parking and being towed was at our fault. However, when you make an appointment you have some kind of expectations to be somewhat on time. Maybe be 5 or 10 min late. After the 10 min, we call to see if we were even at the correct location....person says they "ran into some traffic" and they are on their way. So after almost 45 min wait they finally get there. No apology, nothing. So what's the point in making an appointment? And how is there any given time is there that much traffic in SLC traffic to run that late?<br><br>Also on a side note, you can tell how this towing company operates with how they have to respond to every other "negative" review.
