Extremely poor driver conduct. Larry the driver made derogatory comments about me and my vehicle. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle he screamed at me in the lobby when I asked to speak to the manager. The customer service is mid, the teller showed concern for my complaint but kept answering the phone during our transaction and completed full conversations while I waited. The vehicle showed extra damage from towing and with no manager available I have to wait for a call. The cost is extremely predatory. Find a different tow company if you’re looking at this before the hook to your car. When releasing my vehicle from towing they placed it directly under a no parking sign (seems like a deliberate attempt to have another tow opportunity) and while waiting I witnessed yet another inexperienced driver flat towing a 4x4 vehicle! This company is a joke.<br><br>The childish behavior of the owner below should highlight the importance of honest reviews. I have plenty of photo and video evidence of the actions this company finds appropriate. I am STILL waiting on a conversation with the owner regarding the damage to my vehicle. Hopefully he has fired the clown Larry.

I had a flat tire and bent rim and was unable to change the tire myself. I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me but he was amazing! It did not take him long to get to me at all and he worked very quickly to get me on my way. He also was very helpful in terms of getting receipts and documentation for insurance reimbursement. Definitely recommend these guys!
