My experience with this company was actually really nice up until the towing experience itself.Tom answered the phone and was very nice and I was very excited to get rid of my car and he offered me the highest amount it was simple.When the tow truck came the man was kind of rude and rushing me when I had questions and I kind of feel like the minute my husband went inside he tried to give me less than what I was offered blaming it on the catalic converter but I wasn’t told it would be 100 less if it was replaced and never had my converter replaced.Not gonna lie it was kind of annoying and he had a bad attitude that made me feel like wanting him to put the car back down.I feel as though the company should be more clear on prices if this situation happens to people and try to be nicer because I wasn’t aware.But otherwise tom was awesome! And the service was quick!

What an absolute scam of a place. I had everything scheduled the day before to have my car picked up. Come day of, I reach out and ask for confirmation that they will still be picking it up today and without answering my question, they asked me my information and for my ID. I sent over the requested information and asked again if they were still going to be showing up during the scheduled time that was previously discussed. Literally left me on read. I tried calling a couple of times and left a voicemail and sent a couple more texts that were also left on read so at this point, I am straight up being ignored by this company. I chose this company based off of them having good reviews and they severely lack customer service. I have no idea where they got the decent reviews from. Do not recommend.
