I had an incredible experience with Quality Towing in Southfield, Michigan, near Detroit, on Thanksgiving. After my car went into a ditch, Ulysses, the tow truck driver, truly went above and beyond. Not only did he safely pull my car out without causing any further damage, but he also took the time to help me clean off all the mud and even took my car to a car wash. On top of that, he assisted me with putting on a spare tire. He made sure that my daughter and I exited the area safely and on the safe side of town.
