Reading these reviews made me scared before I went to pick up my car from the lot. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and efficiency of the person I worked with. I think people with bad things about this place are just upset that they got their car towed, and take it out on the towing company for simply doing their job. If my car got towed by Mountaineer Towing again, I would be grateful to take the peaceful drive through the beautiful scenery to get it back. Kindness matters people! Treat others the way you want to be treated!

I would have gave them a 0 stars. They were very rude, and unprofessional about anything to get the car back. Big deal you worked a 9 hours shift that’s all they kept telling me. When there other work 14 hours or more a day. Then I said that my baby car seat was in there they still laughed and said they were help me and there earliest convenience. Tell don’t tell you about a gate fee so be ready and have about 300 on you cause they ONLY that cash.

This place is a JOKE and JEFF is a RICHARD so rude and condescending. Honestly part of me hope he, his wife and daughter(if he could even find anyone to marry him and have a daughter with) hope that they are treated as poorly and as rudely as he treated me but then I realized,<br>I shouldn’t wish that on his family, I mean they’re already being punished enough. Complete jerk. Literally gave me the run around trying to get my car back. We had to make several trips to his facility after being told each time by HIS own answering service that we would be able to pick it up. I wish I could give ZERO stars bc literally they deserve nothing.
