Jeff went ABOVE and beyond to save the day. I had a big road trip planned for the following day when my car started making the worst possible noise. He personally came to my home and immediately identified the problem and worked quickly and efficiently to remedy it and to get me back on the road. Jeff Buck, the owner, is very generous with his time. I was shopping for a used car when I stopped at his shop to ask a quick opinion. Jeff spent an enormous amount of time with me. He explained why I should not only not buy the (salvage-titled) car, but not waste my money having him inspect it. (Thanks Jeff!). Jeff is very knowledgeable, explained a lot about my current car's condition and what to invest in and what not to invest in (regarding maintenance.) He gave me suggestions on how to keep the motor running longer. I would recommend the Buck Family Automotive to anyone who wants a professional and knowledgeable mechanic. Thanks again!
