He’s super knowledgeable of pretty much everything towing and helps me figure out whatever I need to make my jobs and my drivers jobs easier. Will always come back here because if Chris.

I drove six hours from Los Angeles to pick up my truck at Chevron West and expected a professional, welcoming experience. Instead, I was met with indifference and disrespect.<br><br>The front desk staff at least helped with the keys, but when we asked for Becky who we were supposed to meet she didn’t bother to show up right away. When she finally did, her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. After such a long trip, the bare minimum would have been a courteous greeting or even the offer of a glass of water.<br><br>Becky’s demeanor ruined what should have been a positive experience. Courtesy and professionalism cost nothing, but their absence says a lot about how a business values its customers. Based on this interaction, I would not return as long as this level of service is considered acceptable.
