My spouse was in a bad collusion and our vehicle was towed to the LJ's location on North. North, when we were able to get to the vehicle to recover our belongings, we found that several items were missing from the vehicle that we have confirmation. we're in the vehicle at the time of the accident. when we asked the front desk who we talked to about missing items, the person at the front desk raised his voice and started yelling at us. I genuinely cannot believe the scum that work at this place. avoid your vehicle going to this tow lot at all costs. check your items and file police reports better. Business bureau reports and reports with the BAR. LJ's towing gives this industry a bad name

September 2025, I was in a auto accident in Roseville CA. The police department dispatched LJ Towing to tow the vehicles from out of the roadway. When I went to the tow yard items were missing from the vehicle. I just had brought some of the items literally right before the accident. How low to have your items stolen in what should have been a safe and entrusted encounter. If this has happen to you make sure to do a police report !!!

Absolutely terrible scraped my car multiple times and then proceeded to say “that sucks”. Just because I got my car impounded doesn’t give you any right to take negligent care of my car.
