This establishment came highly recommended, and I’m so glad I found them! James and Adam were both incredibly friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns and needs. I expected to spend much more than I did, and it was truly refreshing to work with honest mechanics who provide genuine, transparent feedback. I will definitely be returning for future service!

I’m pretty disappointed in how I was just spoken to over the phone to see if someone could diagnose and repair or replace my radio. They came highly recommend but the customer service in my initial call to set up an appointment was incredibly rude and a 1 star. I understand they cannot repair the radio, but when clarifying with them what they could do, she tells me “I already told you what the technician could do”. This was after she initially told me they couldn’t do anything with my radio but they in fact (after she decided to gather clarification from a technician) could replace it after a diagnosis. The only reason I didn’t give a one star is I’m sure their car service is great, but after that initial phone call I don’t care to move my business to their shop.

Come to find out they didn't do a good job on my AC, you truly find out after something goes wrong and you take it elsewhere and they say who did the work before? This was that case they have a high star rating but they pick and choose what they want to work on. Before I found out their work wasn't so good they refused to do any other work on my vehicle. So much for a trusted local shop near me. Over priced and cant be trusted!
