If I could leave zero stars, I would. I went here to scan my code on my car after fixing. The guy that helped us tried to lie to me saying he could not delete the code.Because it is a felony. He obviously is lazy and doesn't want to do his job. It is not a felony or illegal to delete codes on a car In any state. Deleting codes is something mechanics do all the time to find out if the problem is fixed or not. Definitely not a good place to help Fix your car.

I recently had my first experience at Advance Auto Parts, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. During my initial visit, I waited for 45 minutes along with several other customers, which created a sense that our presence was an inconvenience to the staff. Despite the long wait, I proceeded to purchase the items I needed.<br><br>On my subsequent visit to return an incorrect part, I encountered the acting manager, Bryan. Unfortunately, his demeanor was unprofessional; he was rude and sarcastic, making it feel as though we, the customers, were troublesome. This encounter, coupled with the prior experience, led to a significant dissatisfaction with the level of customer service provided.<br><br>Given the challenges I faced, I would advise others to consider alternative options for their automotive needs. The lack of timely assistance and support during returns may result in a frustrating experience. I hope that future patrons may have better experiences, but based on my interactions, I would caution against visiting this establishment. Thank you for considering this feedback.

I called this location to order a water pump that I had under warranty, and they told me they didn't have my number in their system when I already ordered it a few months ago from this exact location (I just didn't pick it up yet). They told me they have a different system than the location I bought the original pump from, and that's why it's not showing up. So now I'm calling the location I first bought the water pump from and they told me they found me in their system, but that it was weird for the Hanover Park location not to show my warranty when they work on the same system. If you don't want to order my part, then just say that instead of playing games.
