I came in for an inspection for my car’s engine and leaking oil. Lorenzo , the Service Adviser , is so amazing at his job! He was so helpful and explained everything to me. He is very nice , professional and patient. I asked many questions and he answered. Thank you so much Lorenzo!<br><br>He even gave me organized paperworks about my car , with a detailed labor description and about what needed to be fixed with estimated prices , which is so incredibly helpful! I am so thankful for all of his help and his time!<br><br>I am also grateful for Khalid , the technician. I didn’t get to physically meet him or talk with him. But I wanted to mention him as well. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and for your time! I truly appreciate it!<br><br>I was even sent a link about my car’s inspection with photos and with an organized detailed descriptions !
