We were traveling from Memphis, TN to IN and had issue with a wheel barrel. We called and was told he would have the part placement needed for our 2016 Doug Ram. They were prompt and friendly. He finished start to finish in about an hour. Prices was reasonable and fair.

I would like to preface this review by saying that I am not someone who takes leaving negative reviews of local businesses lightly, and I considered not leaving one because of that, but I don’t want anyone else to deal with similar situations.<br><br>I dropped my car off here on Tuesday evening around 1PM. I had called around and these guys were willing to at least let me drop off the car same day which I appreciated. I told them on the phone that when I parked the car there were no issues, I went on a vacation, and came back to find the Check Emissions Light and Check Transmission Light came on at the same time. I told the gentleman on the phone before I brought it and as I was dropping it off. I also told them I suspected the wiring harness on the transmission had been chewed by an animal while it sat and that’s what Honda forums indicated it may be as well.<br><br>The next day I called them around 2PM to see if they had a chance to look at my car yet. The gentleman asked me what the issue was and said they checked the code and cleared it and the car is good to go. I was pretty confused because the car was showing both codes, so I called back to confirm. He said they cleared the check emission light and didn’t know about the check transmission light. I asked if they had driven it and he said yes and the emissions light hadn’t come back on. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but I was skeptical.<br><br>They were going to charge me almost $100 for what they said they did to the car, but they were kind enough to not charge me anything. I’m glad they did because as soon as I got in the car and put it in drive BOTH LIGHTS illuminated again. Took it to Honda this morning to be diagnosed and Honda confirmed that it is indeed the wiring harness which I suggested when I dropped off my vehicle with this shop.<br><br>Why am I frustrated? It was the exact issue I suggested it may be. They said they cleared the code and test drove it when nothing was actually resolved. I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before the exact same issue presented itself. I am in awe.<br><br>I do want to acknowledge that I appreciate them not charging me for anything and that they were willing to look at my car. The gentleman who got my keys for me was also very kind.
